The Carvery Suite
The Carvery Suite is an excellent suite for larger functions and those requiring entertainment, with formal catering for up to 76 guests, or 100 guests buffet style.
Our Carvery suite is available privately for Exhibitions, Conferences, Wedding receptions Corporate launches, Seminars and a whole host of events where a large suite is required. Fully licensed, there is a bar and a wine service in this area. Licensing hours to suit.
There is a projection screen and wireless broadband connection. It is ideal for private or corporate functions. Partitioning reduces the size for the smaller parties.
Our catering is carried out by our own fully trained chefs and waiters. Our staff are there to guide you with their expertise to ensure your event runs professionally and smoothly. Fully tailored or set menus are available along with a comprehensive wine list
Cabarets & Artists
We can organise discos and all types of entertainment for your event, along with various bands, groups and artists. Sometimes we can merge your event with one of our pre-organised party nights.
The Garden Bar
The Garden Bar is perfect for the smaller formal reception catering for up to 42 guests, or 50 guests buffet style.
This fully stocked bar serves draught beers and lagers along with all major brands of bottle beers and mixers. Bar meals are a main feature in this area with a very comprehensive menu. Just order at the bar along with your drinks and your food will be served to your table.
The Bar Area
This area, along with our garden, provides the seating area to savour your food. Tables are arranged in two's fours and sixes. In our garden in the summer months, picnic benches and patio tables are provided. This outdoor area has leafy trees and garden parasols that gently shade the seating area from the hot sunshine. A special feature, during the week at lunchtimes, is our offer of a main course menu for £5.00 per person.
The Tudor Hotel is situated in the tranquil village of Castle Donington.
Situated only two & half miles from Intersection 24 of the M1 on the main A50, on a major bus route, there is a private car park with CCTV.
Full reception and audio visual equipment are available.
